ReconS

ReconS is, although initially conceived module of qPayIntegrator, a stand-alone application designed for matching, providing real-time automatic/ manual continuous reconciliation of financial transactions and exception management for  NOSTRO and LORO accounts. ReconS embeds extensive investigations facilities ensuring an improved Straight Through Processing.

ReconS is a NOSTRO and LORO accounts reconciliation application providing automatic transactions processing and integrated exception management environment. ReconS maximizes the process automation by registering those exceptions, transform them in paterns and integrate in the automated environment.

ReconS reconciles SWIFT statement and ledger items (GL)  and provides “offered”, ”suspended” and “confirmed“ matching functionality depending on quality of the match, according to various criteria. High-quality matches can be confirmed automatically by ReconS, the rest being offered to users, who may confirm, suspend or delete them. Endowed with a powerful reporting and query engine, it allows users to extract any information from the relational database ReconS is using, for comprehensive analysis of accounts and matching information.

And, on top of all, having been recently developed using modern tools, ReconS is a very user friendly system. The user interface design for improved investigation and verification, maximizes operator productivity through flexible matching criteria definition that allows the user to easily manipulate and refine the presented information.
