BIS is a three levels flat organization.
BIS' board of directors has decided to shorten the path between decision makers and the execution team and to delegate specific processes responsibility.
Proper and efficient management of all BIS Company's projects is entrusted to the second layer of Managers which report directly to the Board of Directors.
BIS’ specialists are highly trained in and certified on various products and platforms (i.e. SWIFTSolutions, SWIFTAlliance suite of products and connectivity packs, IBM Websphere Business Integration, IBM WebsphereMQ, IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM Lotus Domino, IBM DB2, IBM AIX and OS400 level certification including HACMP, Microsoft operating system and communication subsystem) according to BIS’ continuous training program.
