BIS - for developing the first funds transfer management system - qPayIntegrator - certified
SWIFTReady with SWIFT, system
launched at Sibos 2008 and currently implemented at CEC Bank.
MFP DGTPD - for sustaining the adoption of the SEPA-compliant settlements in national currency and for its leader position in promoting the SEPA standards within
both Romania's and European Union's public institutions.

The State Treasury - Ministry of Economy and Finance received the
e-Success Prize
MEF DGTPD was awarded the e-Success Prize for being the only
Governmental Institution SWIFT member and a Banking Community direct participant
in the funds transfer operations, fully prepared to be Target2 and SEPA compliant.
qPayIntegrator suite is the backbone of the State Treasury
Electronic Payment System, deployed in June 2005 to electronically process the Romanian Ministry of Economy and Finance
daily payments and collections.
